Pak Suzuki may discontinue Suzuki Cultus
Internationally known as Suzuki Celerio the Cultus was relaunched in 2017 by Pak Suzuki in Pakistan. Available with a 1000cc 3 cylinder K10 powered Cultus was warmly welcomed. The car was also a big improvement from the old Cultus. The car is fully loaded and available in two trim levels, VXR and full option VXL.
The Cultus enjoys good sales in 1000cc segment after the Suzuki Wagon R but it is considered a hinderance in sales of Suzuki Swift. Pak Suzuki may discontinue Suzuki Cultus and aim to increase the sales of their new Swift hatch back.
As the prices have increased, people are looking for more affordable options. Many people are going for re used Suzuki Cultus and Suzuki aims to discourage this by discontinuing the Cultus and try to convert old Cultus buyers into brand new Alto buyers.
The Cultus is a great car but it may be sacrificed to strengthen the sales of Alto and Swift!
