The Changan Oshan X7 launches today in Pakistan
It has been announced that Changan’s first crossover SUV, the Changan Oshan X7, will be available in two variants: the Oshan X7 FutureSense and the Oshan X7 Comfort. The first is a 5-seater vehicle, and the second is a 7-seater vehicle. With the Oshan X7 Comfort, we’re providing you with the technical specifications for the 7-seater version. The launch is happening digitally right now!
A similar size to the Oshan X7 FutureSense, the Oshan X7 Comfort is also available. Their measurements are as follows: 4730 mm long, 1870 mm wide, and 1720 mm high. The 7-seater Comfort variant may suffer as a result of this reduction in space.
185 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque are generated by a 1.5-litre turbocharged TGDI Euro-6 engine in the Oshan X7 Comfort sedan. With a 7-speed DCT and four different driving modes, the car is very versatile (ECO, Comfort, Sport, Custom).There is a start/stop technology that automatically shuts down the engine when the car is stopped, thereby increasing the fuel efficiency of the vehicle overall.
The styling of the Oshan X7 Comfort is aggressive and sporty. Surge-flo grille, bi-beam projector headlights, continuous running matrix LED DRLs, and a bi-beam projector headlight design distinguish the front profile. Side-view mirrors that are electrically adjustable, retractable, and heated, as well as turn signals built in, are standard, as are 19-inch alloy wheels. Backlit LED infinity taillights, a high-mounted brake lamp, rear fog lights and reverse lamps are all featured on the rear profile. It looks like the Fortuner has some competition now as the 7 seater version looks the same size on half the price.
The crossover is equipped with a smart proximity entry system that detects the presence of the remote key in your hand or pocket and automatically unlocks the car doors, unfolds the mirrors, and turns on the headlights when the key is in your pocket or hand. An additional feature, called Smart Exit, works along the same lines as the previous one. Whenever you exit your vehicle using the remote key, the car doors and windows are automatically locked, as well as the sunroof and windows closed.
Inside the luxurious cabin, we have FAUX perforated leather seats with 6-way power adjustment for the driver and front passenger seats as well. The instrument cluster is a digital LCD screen with a 7-inch diagonal. In addition, a 10.25-inch HMI (Human Machine Interface), a D-shaped sporty steering wheel with media and cruise control buttons, an automatic touch climate control system, and a panoramic sunroof are included.
Four airbags, a rear camera, an on-board diagnostic system, a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), rear parking sensors, an ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) with EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution), TC (Traction Control), an ESP (Electronic Stability Program), and Hill Hold and Descent Control are all standard on the Oshan X7 Comfort.
The Oshan X7 Comfort variant, which seats seven passengers, has an ex-factory price of Rs. 5,750,000.Toyota Fortuner and DFSK Glory 580 Pro are the two 7-seater competitors that the Oshan X7 Comfort faces in the market.
