Islamabad Excise Police Department has announced Free Bike Transfer for 1 month Start from 7 April 2026. To facilitate citizens under the Prime Minister Scheme.
This initiative helps Bikers to Transfer and register Motorbikes to their name with No Cost. Excise offices will operate 24/7 with extra counters to handle increased demand and ensure quick processing for commuters.
According to the Excise Director Irfan Nawaz, Now Citizens can transfer their Motorbikes on their name without paying any fees. Irfan Nawaz is Dedicated Director of Excise, he says This offer removes barriers to prevent people from avail this offer under Prime Minister Petrol Subsidy Scheme.
To speed up the transfer procedure and shorten application wait times, more counters have been deployed.
The Department Offices Open 24/7 Hour a day to manage applications.
